Accountability as a Pusher isn't about judgment or perfection. It's about showing up for yourself and your community.

Here's how we build real accountability:

ASK FOR SUPPORT

Have a question about an exercise? Form check needed? Post in the community or reach out to Pu via in-app message.

 

OPTIONAL 1:1 GUIDANCE

VIP members (coming soon) get weekly check-ins with Pu. Base members can add individual check-in calls ($25 each).

 

STRUCTURED PROGRAMS

Your program give you a clear workout schedule. Consistency builds momentum. You'll see progress.

 

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

The Pushing It With Pu app tracks your completed workouts, lets you log how you felt, and shows your wins over time.
