MEMBERSHIP BASICS

Q: What exactly is a PIWP Membership?

A: A Pushing It With Pu Membership is a $49/month structured fitness subscription that gives you access to one 12-week program at a time. Programs are designed to meet you where you are—whether you're returning to fitness, looking to increase intensity, or navigating postpartum recovery. Your membership includes app access, community, and the option to switch programs after each 12-week cycle.

 

Q: How much does a membership cost?

A: Base Membership is $49/month. VIP Membership (with 1:1 coaching) is coming soon. Both require a 3-month minimum commitment and auto-renew unless you cancel.

 

Q: What's the difference between Base and VIP?

A: Base Membership includes your program, app access, and community. VIP adds personalized coaching: initial consultation, monthly 1:1 calls, weekly check-ins, habit tracking, and a wellness journal. If you want guidance from Pu but don't need all that support, you can also add individual 30-minute check-in calls ($25 each) to your Base membership.

 

Q: Do I have to choose a program when I sign up?

A: Yes. You'll select which program fits your goal and fitness level during signup. If you're unsure, Pu can help guide you. You can also transition to a different program after your current 12-week cycle ends.

Q: What happens after 12 weeks?

A: After 12 weeks, your membership continues to auto-renew. You can: • Continue the same program for another 12 weeks • Switch to a different program • Cancel if you want to take a break You're in control.

 

Q: Is there a free trial?

A: Currently, no free trial, but you can contact us to discuss options. All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.

 

Q: Can I change programs? 

A: Absolutely. After you complete a 12-week program, you can continue with the same program, switch to a new one, or take a break. It's your choice.

Q: Can I cancel anytime? 

A: You can cancel anytime after your 3-month minimum. No questions asked.

Q: Is my membership refundable?

A: Memberships are non-refundable. However, you have 3 months to experience the program and community. If it's not right for you, you can cancel after that period.

THE PROGRAMS

Q: Which program should I choose?

A: Choose based on your current fitness level and goals: • MODIFIED: If you're new to fitness, returning after a break, postpartum, or prefer low-impact training. • HIGH INTENSITY: If you're experienced and want more challenge, strength focus, and higher intensity. If you're unsure, reach out—we can guide you.

Q: What if I'm not sure which program is right for me?

A: Contact us or schedule a 30-minute consultation with Apu ($25). She'll help assess your goals, fitness level, and history, then recommend the best fit.

Q: Can I do the workouts on my own schedule?

A: Yes. Workouts are on-demand in the Trainerize app. You can complete them anytime that fits your schedule, 24/7.

Q: How many workouts per week?

A: All programs include 4 workouts per week. The weekly structure is: • Lower Body • Cardio / Yoga / Abs • Upper Body • Full Body

Q: What if I miss a workout?

A: Life happens. There's no penalty. You can pick it up the next day or whenever you're ready. The program is designed to be flexible and meet you where you are.

Q: How long is each workout?

A: Most workouts are 30–60 minutes, but some are shorter finishers. Workouts fit various time commitments.

Q: Are the programs progressive?

A: Yes. Both programs progress over the 12 weeks. You'll gradually increase difficulty, volume, or complexity—building strength, coordination, and confidence as you go.

Q: Are there new programs coming?

A: Yes. We're developing: • Postpartum Return to Movement Program • Butt Building Program • Additional specialty programs You'll be notified when they launch.

Q: Can I extend a program beyond 12 weeks?

A: Yes. If you want to stay in the same program longer, you can extend it or repeat it. Many members do this to master the movements and continue building strength.

THE TRAINERIZE APP & COMMUNITY

Q: What is Trainerize?

A: Trainerize is the app where all PIWP members connect. It's your all-in-one hub for workouts, community, tracking, and communication.

Q: Is the Trainerize app free?

A: It's included with your membership. You don't pay extra. Just download it, log in with your membership credentials, and you're in.

Q: What can I do in the community?

A: You can: • Connect with other members • Share your wins and progress • Ask questions about exercises or programs • Give and receive encouragement • Build accountability partnerships • Celebrate others' milestones

Q: Is the community supportive?

A: Yes. The PIWP community is designed to be judgment-free, encouraging, and accountability-focused. We celebrate progress— big and small.

Q: Do I have to share my progress?

A: No. The community is optional. You can lurk, participate as much as you want, or keep your fitness private. It's your choice.

Q: Can I DM Apu directly?

A: VIP members can DM Apu anytime via the app for questions or guidance. Base members can post in the community or schedule a 30-minute check-in call.

Q: What if I have a question about an exercise?

A: Post in the community, and members or Apu will help. You can also video your form and ask for feedback.

Q: Is there a privacy policy?

SUPPORT & COACHING

Q: What's included with VIP membership?

A: VIP includes: • Initial 30-min consultation with Apu • Monthly 1:1 coaching calls (15 min) • Weekly personalized check-ins via app • PIWP Wellness Journal • 3 personalized habits aligned to your goals • VIP community group • Light program adjustments as needed

Q: What happens during a coaching call?

A: It depends on what you need: • Goal clarification or adjustment • Exercise form checks (bring video) • Program questions or modifications • Accountability and encouragement • Any fitness-related questions

Q: Can I get a refund for coaching if I'm not satisfied?

A: Coaching sessions are non-refundable. However, if you have concerns, reach out and we'll discuss options.

Q: What if I have a pre-existing injury?

A: Tell us during signup or via the health form. Many of our programs are designed for people with injury history. Apu can also suggest modifications during a consultation.

Q: Can I add 1:1 coaching to my Base membership?

A: Yes. You can add individual 30-minute check-in calls ($25 per session) anytime you need guidance, form checks, or goal clarification.

Q: How do I schedule a coaching call? A: Message Apu through the app (VIP) or reply to the email after purchase (Base + add-on). We'll find a time that works.

Q: Is there a fitness assessment or initial form I need to fill out?

A: Yes. When you join, you'll complete a health form and fitness assessment. This helps us understand your history, injuries, and goals.

BILLING & ACCOUNT

Q: How do I pay for my membership?

A: Payments are processed securely through Trainerize during signup. We accept all major credit cards and [OTHER PAYMENT METHODS].

Q: When does billing occur?

A: Billing occurs on your membership anniversary each month. Your first payment is due at signup.

Q: Can I change my payment method?

A: Yes. You can update your payment method anytime in your account settings within Trainerize.

Q: How do I update my billing information?

A: Log into Trainerize, go to Account Settings, and update your payment method or billing address.

Q: Can I pause my membership instead of canceling?

A: Currently, we don't offer pauses. However, if you need a break, you can cancel and re-join anytime. We'd love to help you find solutions—reach out.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: You can cancel anytime after your 3-month minimum through your Trainerize account settings. Alternatively, email us, and we'll process it for you.

Q: When does my cancellation take effect?

A: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll retain access through that date.

Q: Do I get a prorated refund if I cancel mid-month?

A: No. Memberships are non-refundable, and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
