This is the lifestyle change my body and mind needed! I feel so motivated to workout now. I signed up to Push It at the beginning of the pandemic as a way to stay active. A year and a half later, it’s part of my daily routine. Each time I workout I can feel my muscles, heart and lungs building endurance. The program doesn’t just keep my body tight, but keeps me healthy. Pushing It really is a lifestyle. Her live workouts are lit, too! It doesn’t even feel like you’re working out. More like hanging out with your girlfriends.
